Tree Assignment

Brief:
Really Great Brief this one so included all of it:
Successful entertainment design extends beyond props and environments: good design, especially in animation and games, can create and enhance mood and story.
I want you to create a “character tree” concept – by this I don’t mean a tree with a face that walks around as in Lord of The Rings. Nothing wrong with that of course, but this brief is to create a tree with character: a tree that conveys a sense of place, atmosphere, feeling or mood – magic, fluffy bunnies, unease, danger... your choice.
Good design, no matter how imaginative, is informed by the real world and trees have a recognisable structure and anatomy just as humans and animals do. You should prepare by doing research and studies of tree types, bark, branches/leaves, roots - you can use paper, pencil, photoshop, etc.

If I HAD to have a spooky tree in my backyard, I'd wish it was this one!
